Our Trip to Abbey House by Chloe Darrigan

On the 15 of April we went to Loreto Abbey to visit the nuns and interview them. We went in partners and my partner was Eva Curren! We had a list of questions and there was 22 so we each asked 11 questions. While we were interviewing the nuns we had an iPad to record their answers! The first nun that Eva and I interviewed was Sr. Rita and she was so nice!  We got so many interesting stories and answers, she even had 3 sisters and 4 brothers! It was so much fun. Tanya a photographer took load of good photos of us interviewing them all! The next nun Eva and I interviewed was Sr. Julie and she was so nice too! We heard so many interesting facts about her. We found out that she was part of the group of people that decided to sell the Abbey! She also had 9 other siblings! After all the interviews we went into a big room with all the nuns and my class, Tanya took loads of amazing photos of us! After all the photos were done we went outside to get some fresh air. It was so great going to visit all the nuns and I hope to do it again!
